Thank you for registering to be an authorized Cobalt Aquatics wholesale dealer. Once Approved -"LOG IN" at the top right corner to access wholesale prices. We are very excited to grow our network of dealers across North America. As we expand, we will be offering a dealer locator, a seamless ordering process, and regular promotions to help you get a the best return on your investment. By placing a purchase order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below. |
Orders |
•Cobalt ships to retailers that have been registered and verified |
•Minimum Order is $300 |
•Cobalt is not responsible for wire or bank fees |
•Payment is due upon invoice-before shipping (CC can be saved for future orders upon request) |
Freight and Handling Services |
•All orders are shipped LTL or small package FedEx/UPS (FOB Rock Hill, SC) |
•Turnaround time is 5 business days on most orders |
•Backorders are not held |
•Cobalt is not responsible for fees for missed appointments or storage |
•If a dock appointment is requested by the customer outside of stated receiving hours or a re-routing request, a $50 charge will be added to the invoice |
•A lift gate request will be invoiced at $125 per delivery |
Damages, Order Discrepancies |
•Shipments arriving damaged must be noted on the BOL and pictures sent to customer service (info1@cobaltinternational.com) within 24 hrs. of receipt of goods. Undocumented issues reported after 24hrs will be handled at Cobalt's discretion |
•Credit memos will be issued timely do not deduct payment unless referencing Cobalt's credit memo # |
Product Returns |
•Cobalt accepts defective returns as determined by Cobalt's customer service department within the products warranty period from the date of purchase |
•Initiate your return by clicking the green "SUPPORT" button on our homepage |
•Returning non-defective sellable merchandise will incur a 15% restocking charge plus freight cost |
•When returning any defective merchandise please include a packing list highlighting the product defect |
•Food products are shelf sellable within 2 years of build date-Cobalt is not responsible for expired foods due to lack of turns or product rotation |
•An RMA must be requested and provided prior to return- Place RMA on the outside of the carton |
